Position Overview
Stonebrooke Homes is seeking a motivated and dedicated Carpentry Apprentice to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop the skills required to excel in high-end residential construction. The Carpentry Apprentice will assist with framing, finishing, and custom carpentry work under the guidance of senior carpenters and site supervisors, contributing to the craftsmanship and quality that define every Stonebrooke home.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of residential carpentry, including framing, trim work, and installation of custom features.

• Support senior carpenters and site teams with daily construction activities.

• Learn to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Safely operate hand and power tools, maintaining equipment in good working condition.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.

• Follow safety protocols and company standards of quality and workmanship.

• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the trade.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in residential carpentry or construction.

• Genuine interest in pursuing a career in the carpentry or construction field.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.

• Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and construction techniques is an asset.

• Enrollment in or eligibility for a registered carpentry apprenticeship program preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
