This 7,000-square-foot custom residence represents Stonebrooke’s signature approach to architectural construction—where discipline, material integrity, and craftsmanship converge in a seamless, cohesive whole. Completed in 2022 after sixteen months of construction, the home reflects a sculptural interpretation of Art Deco principles, translated through a modern lens of proportion, rhythm, and restraint.
The exterior composition is defined by hand-dressed natural limestone, a traditional slate roof, and precision-formed metal detailing. Each elevation is balanced through symmetry and quiet geometry, expressing a confident architectural order while grounding the home in its landscape.
Inside, the architecture transitions into a series of richly layered spaces, defined by natural stone, white oak panelling, and custom polyurethane-finished millwork. Every junction and reveal was considered, every surface aligned with architectural intent. The home’s spatial experience unfolds through careful contrast—cool stone against warm wood, natural light diffused through glass and bronze. The result is a calm, tactile interior that feels crafted rather than constructed.
