Position Overview
Stonebrooke Homes is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Intermediate Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing creative design concepts, producing detailed plans, and selecting materials and finishes that reflect our commitment to quality and timeless design. You will collaborate closely with architects, builders, and homeowners to ensure that each project is executed with precision and aligned with the client’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present creative design concepts for custom residential projects.

• Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and material boards.

• Coordinate with architects, construction teams, and clients throughout all phases of design and development.

• Conduct product and material research to support design decisions.

• Ensure all designs comply with project requirements, budgets, and timelines.

• Maintain an understanding of current design trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in residential design, preferably in custom home projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software.

• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, detailing, and materials.

• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
