Position Overview
Stonebrooke Homes is seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of custom residential projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications, building codes, and company quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with trades, suppliers, and project managers to deliver homes that meet Stonebrooke’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site construction activities from start to completion.

• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

• Interpret and implement drawings, plans, and specifications accurately.

• Communicate daily with project management and design teams regarding updates, challenges, and changes.

• Maintain accurate site documentation, including logs, reports, and deficiency lists.

• Ensure that all work meets Stonebrooke Homes’ standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

• Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction, with a focus on custom homes preferred.

• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and construction phases simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and best practices.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Post-secondary education in Construction Management or a related field is considered an asset.
